The Chairman of Somaliland Good Governance Commission hands over responsibilities for the out-going and in-coming ministers of Somaliland Ministry of Employment, Social Affairs, and Family.  His Excellence, Dayib Aden Haji Ali signed the official transfer documents of the ministry.  The chairman was accompanied by the GGC Director-General, Mr.  Mohamoud Ismail Elmi in this hand-over ceremony. 

On the other hand, the deputy chairman of Good Governance Commission (GGC) Honorable, Liban Ismail Abdilahi hands over the work-obligations of the former Director of Civil Service institute and the newly appointed Director for the institute.  Both events took place today at the offices of the ministry and the institute. The GGC leadership further elaborated on the importance of accountability and transparency to be exercised in the government operations while impulsing for the new officers to continue to carry out Good governance principles in their offices.
